Our unique blend of Fairtrade beans are sourced from Brazil and Tanzania to ensure a fantastic flavour. Small batches of beans are roasted in Dundee for freshness, then promptly delivered to Empire State Coffee where our team endeavour to produce the best coffee for miles around. Our coffee will soon be available to buy in small bags for you to enjoy at home or give as a gift.

Where the Nethergate meets the High Street, Empire State Coffee overlooks the historic City Churches and the open plaza in front of the Overgate shopping centre. The building was designed by Dundee's Thoms & Wilkie practice and built in 1935, four years after the completion of the Empire State Building in Manhattan.
Originally intended as a modern extension to the Draffen & Jarvie department store, the strong Art Deco design influence and bold interior details make it an ideal location for Empire State Coffee.
